Scripture Reading: Jeremiah 29: 11

" For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

That God created us in this image and likeness is an indication that he has deposited in us all that we need to live a fulfilled life on earth. The Prophet Jeremiah amplifies this by bringing into the fore two things:

a) God has prepared a future for us.

b) He also has a plan to get us to that future.

Our responsibility is to follow his plan that will lead us to the hope and future he has prepared for us. In doing this, the following are essentials:

- You have to discover yourself.

- You must have a vision.

- You must develop good character.

- You need discipline.

CONCLUSION

To be a winner, these five essentials must be applies as we follow God’s plan that leads to the future, the expected end for welfare and not evil he has for us.

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, thank you for these revelations. Help me appreciate these essentials and apply them to my life and my walk with you. Amen.
